As there is a lively interest in professional exchange, but we can only organise a live meeting once a year, we are trying out a new format: A virtual meeting  with Zoom!

Our first virtual meeting on October 19, 2023 was a success! 24 colleagues from 5 countries participated at an intensive professional exchange on psychosocial topics.

The 2nd virtual meeting will take place on February 8, 2024.

This is the idea:  it is about exchange of experiences between colleagues and MDT (Multidisciplinary Teams). For example:

- Discussion of a difficult clinical case

- Best practice models and tools in typical standard situations in clinical patient care

- Topics of team cooperation

- Specific questions to the other centres: "how do you deal with the following challenge or question?"

The threshold for bringing up an issue or a topic should be very low, i.e. one  doesn't need a polished presentation to bring something up. 

The meeting will be facilitated by two members of the Coordination Group, Lore Willem and Dirk Bethe. 

We cordially invite colleagues interested in psychosocial aspects of children with CKD to participate!

We have already some topics for the agenda on February 8. But there is room for more topics and you are very welcome to submit ideas and topics for this meeting!
